Denver trip

Chad and I went to Denver in February and we had a lot of fun!! We decided we would look at the concerts going on there and turns out Randy Travis (who I have loved since I was a kid and used to get made fun of for loving him!) was playing so we got to see him, it was great!!!

 We were headed that way. :)

 This is the cute little Rhyse! She is so sweet and it was great to get to know her a little better. :)

 She is so cute! She reminds me of Cindy Lou Hoo on the Grinch.

We stopped in Fort Collins at the New Belgium brewery and then ate dinner in their downtown area. It has the cutest downtown area!! So many places to eat or drink coffee and shop. Super cute place! We also got to go to Boulder where Tage is going to school. We ate at the best Mexican restaurant. It was so yummy!!! Their downtown or Pearl street was super cute as well! We got to walk around with Tage, Maya, Camille, and Rhyse. It was a great evening! On the way home we stopped and ate breakfast in Fort Collins again at this super cute french eatery. I wish I would have taken more pictures because it was such a cute place. There was even a cute old couple who came in and played the accordion while we ate. It was a great trip and we can't wait to go back!

Valentines 2012

Valentines Day!!!! This year Chad and I decided that we were going to go to Denver to see his sister Camille and that would be our gift to each other. Since we wouldn't be leaving for Denver until the 16th I thought I would make Chad a special dinner on Valentines day. For dinner I made NY strip steak with grilled shrimp and a Parmesan cream sauce, fresh garlic green beans and roasted red potatoes. There was so much food!! We had tons of leftovers but they were really good!! :)

I know I am a big dork for putting our picture in the background but I needed a little something extra to go with the candles that I never use. Chad also brought be a very sweet card and a flower when he came home.

Sick! I know I look absolutely gross but I had been cooking up a storm and didn't realize how nasty I looked. SORRY CHAD!! I wasn't much to look at that night but it sure was fun!! As you can see behind us, it looked like a bomb went off in the kitchen. Lets just say I am a messy cooker. :) Thanks for the fun Valentines sweetie!!

The Boys Christmas Program

So Sawyer and Keller had a Christmas program over at Teton Elementary this past December and since work is so close I got to go!! They did great! They sang songs and Sawyer danced a Russian dance, it was super cute!!!

Keller apparently had to get back to class and didn't have time to come see his fans but we were able to get a few pictures with Sawyer. Great Job boys!! You did great!!!

HAHAHAAHA This is Dax, he had a hard time potty training because he is a bit stubborn. He is a professional now but oh boy he sure was funny to watch go through the process or maybe it was funny watching Kate. :)

This cute little mug came to see me at work one day while grandma was babysitting. He hung out and made a few drawings for me. Such a cutie!!

Christmas 2011!!

Christmas!! I love it!! We got our first tree the weekend of Thanksgiving but we either forgot to water it or just didn't water it enough...it died. :( Luckily I have an awesome mom and she bought us another tree a couple weeks before Christmas!! Thanks mom!! I loved our second tree!! Here it is all lit up and a happy Gus  smiling brightly showing off his pretty new tree!!!

 I have always wanted Christmas lights on the outside of my house and I could never reach the roof (even with a ladder) at my house in Kuna. Chad has been aware of this and I kept begging him to PRETTY PLEASE put lights up and I came home from work one night and guess who put lights up?!?!?! it was so fun!! I loved it!! It was so fun to come up to our house and have it all decorated and lit up!! I love to watch Christmas movies all snuggled up with the lights on the tree and possibly sip on a hot beverage of some sort. :)

Thanksgiving 2011

I know thanksgiving was a long time ago but I have pictures of it so  I wanted to record it. :)

This is Chad and I heading to our first thanksgiving of the day to Bonny's (Chad's mom).

 Chad's sister Camille and her 3 kids, Tage, Mia, and Rhyse, were able to come out from Colorodo for Thanksgiving and it was so much fun!! After dinner mostly everyone went outside and played football. It is always great to just hang with family. Here are a few snap shots!!

HAHAHAHA it was fun to  watch!! I did play for a little while but I about made Cydnee take out the fence with my tackle so I was done. :) I don't have any pictures of thanksgiving at my parents :( but we did go there afterwards and hung with Mom, Dad, Chad, Joey, Jaren, and the kids. It was fun too!!
