War Bonnet Roundup!

This weekend we went to the War Bonnet Roundup! It was super fun despite the rain but we handled it well and hid under a blanket until it stopped. Which I might add the blanket smelled really stanky, especially after it was wet. Once it stopped raining the rodeo started and we all had a really fun time.

Half way through the rodeo Chad  became a bull and started to buck Ryker and Dax on his legs. The boys loved it and I'm pretty sure Chad had just as much fun. :) Here are some photos of the action.

 My mom bought Reesie some boots and she wanted to make sure  I got a picture of her new fancy boots! She loves them.

Reesie also wanted to make sure I got a picture with both she and Chad in their cowboy/cowgirl shirts and hats. She had her sweatshirt on before. I am so glad I got this picture for the full affect! Thanks Reesie!!! So stinking cute!!!

I should have gotten a picture of the scones they had for sale. We never got one because the line was always way too long but they looked so so so good! Kate and I really wanted one. The next morning I got a text from her saying "I still want a scone" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA so funny! It totally made my morning! Gal, I hear you, they looked great!!!

My mom, the super barrel racer!!!

Last weekend I had the opportunity to go to Preston to watch my mom barrel race!!! She did awesome!!!

 This is my mom and her fun traveling friend Vauna. They are so cute and have so much fun together. I am so glad that my mom has such a good friend to travel with.

The first boat outing!

So my sister, gal, and her hubby just bought a new boat!!! I was so excited!!! Their boat is so COOL and very pretty!!!! We got to go out with the Clingers last weekend for her debut and it was fantastic. :)

Well, Chad and  I had so much fun!!! It was a great way to spend a Sat and we can't wait to head out again!!!

Camping!!!

My family, well my sisters and their families went camping this last weekend. We had a great time hanging out and eating. : )  My mom and dad came up the first night to bring the 4 wheelers and razor up for us to enjoy. Thanks mom and dad, I am glad you came up even if it was just for a little bit.

On a side note, that weekend my mom won her first check in a pro rodeo circut!!!! GO MOM!!!! She will be in the NFR in no time at all!! So I guess it was worth missing the camping trip but you two were missed.
